Pat knows how to create jobs.  Pat has spent most of her life helping people find jobs, first as an executive recruiter for major corporations and now as a job coach for the unemployed.  She’s been in the business world, both as an hourly worker and a district manager for global companies and as the President of a successful small business.

Pat is involved in our community.  From serving as a Trustee to the N.C. Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, to her service as one of only a few North Carolinians serving on the Democratic National Committee, Pat has been involved in our community.  She’s an active member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, a Democratic Party Precinct leader, a past President of the Mecklenburg County Democratic Women, Chair of Uptown Democratic Forum, over 11 years, and a member of the Charlotte 2012 Host Committee.

Pat shares your values.  Having graduated from the University of Missouri with degrees in Journalism and Spanish, Pat knows how important education is to fulfilling the American dream.  Having cared for two Seniors, she knows both the joys and challenges of aging, both for Seniors and the families who care for them.  And as a mother and new grandmother, she shares your goal of a county which provides the best possible quality of life for every child.
